Our e-bikes are compliant with the regulations for electric bicycles in the European Union and the UK. We can provide the CE and EPAC reports, therefore, no registration or license is required for their use.

For our e-bike products:
EU: Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days, with a transit time of 3-10 days.
UK: Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days, with a transit time of 3-7 days.
The tracking number will be sent to you 1-2 days after your order is dispatched. Please note that orders are processed in the sequence they are placed. During promotional periods, there may be a logistics delay of 1-2 days. If you have not received your order after 12 days, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Varun e-bikes are available in European and US specifications. For the European market, the motor power is limited to 250W and the top speed is restricted to 25km/h via the controller before leaving the factory. This ensures compliance with European public road regulations. If you have specific needs, such as riding on private property or off-road in permitted areas, please contact our support team to unlock the default settings.

Varun e-bikes feature a removable battery that you can take out and charge at home, or you can charge it directly on the bike.
