Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

Who covers the shipping cost for returns?

For returns due to product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days. Please allow up to 15 days for international shipping due to potential customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within this period, please contact us promptly. M26-2 PLUS

Montaż był prosty, a rama wygląda fantastycznie. Wykończenie jest pomalowane, więc nie trzeba się martwić o zabrudzenia – wystarczy spłukać wodą i jest czyste. Łańcuch jest wodoodporny, o ile się nie mylę. Do konserwacji wystarczy naoliwić. Akumulator jest wyjmowany. Zazwyczaj wyjmuję go do ładowania. Nie zwracałem uwagi na to, ile dokładnie trwa pełne ładowanie, ponieważ zazwyczaj podłączam go na noc i odłączam rano. Zasięg na jednym ładowaniu jest imponujący. Bez użycia manetki gazu, a jedynie w trybie wspomagania pedałowania, mogę bez problemu przejechać co najmniej 100 km.

Paczka dotarła piątego dnia od zamówienia. Była ogromna! Na szczęście dostarczają prosto pod drzwi. Studiuję w Wielkiej Brytanii i chcę uniknąć transportu publicznego, więc jazda tym rowerem na zajęcia jest po prostu super! Jest biały, nie pomarańczowy, którego pierwotnie chciałam, ale ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolona. Skorzystałam z kodu rabatowego dla nowych klientów „NE”.W95„i dostałem go za około 740! Obsługa posprzedażowa na oficjalnej stronie internetowej też jest doskonała. Serwis wysłał mi filmy referencyjne, o które prosiłem. Po usunięciu ograniczeń jest jeszcze szybciej!

Ten model ma baterię 720 Wh, która idealnie spełnia moje potrzeby podróżnicze. Dodatkowo, w porównaniu do M26-2 pro, posiada tylny bagażnik. Dlatego, mimo że mam już mocno wysłużonego M26-2 pro, kupiłem tę ulepszoną wersję. Co więcej, żywotność baterii w modelu Plus jest jeszcze dłuższa, co jest dokładnie tym, czego potrzebowałem.

Uwielbiam ten rower górski. Ma grube opony, więc jazda zimą nie stanowi problemu. Akumulator podobno jest odporny na zimno. Moim głównym wymaganiem był gwarantowany zasięg i jak dotąd spełnia on moje oczekiwania.
