The older version of the M26-2 PLUS comes with a 48V 15Ah battery, while the 2026 new version has been upgraded to 48V 18Ah. Therefore, if you need to purchase a replacement battery, please contact customer service in advance to confirm the version before ordering.

Why do I see Varun e-bikes on some social media platforms with motor power exceeding 250W and speeds over 25km/h?

Varun e-bikes are available in European and US specifications. For the European market, the motor power is limited to 250W and the top speed is restricted to 25km/h via the controller before leaving the factory. This ensures compliance with European public road regulations. If you have specific needs, such as riding on private property or off-road in permitted areas, please contact our support team to unlock the default settings.

Is VARUN ebikes legal in UK and EU countries?

Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days. Please allow up to 15 days for international shipping due to potential customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within this period, please contact us promptly. For parts and component replacements, please allow 30 days for production followed by 10 days for delivery.
