Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

Who covers the shipping cost for returns?

For returns due to product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days. Please allow up to 15 days for international shipping due to potential customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within this period, please contact us promptly. For parts and component replacements, please allow 30 days for production followed by 10 days for delivery.

A beszerelés nagyon egyszerű volt. A rugózás meglehetősen sima. Először az első féktárcsa időnként súrlódó hangot adott ki, de aztán rájöttem, hogy túl szorosra húztam. Miután beállítottam, már nincs zaj. A kerékpár gyorsan és simán megy, a fékek pedig nagyszerűen működnek. 👍

Goed hoor, mijn collega raadde me aan om 'm te kopen. Ik ga nu ook niet meer met de auto naar werk, gebruik eigenlijk altijd de e-bike. Als het weer een beetje meezit, is de e-bike gewoon een stuk praktischer.

Az S700 átlépőkaros kialakítása rendkívül nőibarát. Őszintén szólva, tökéletesen működik ingázó kerékpárként. Eddig az akkumulátor körülbelül heti két feltöltéssel bír. Csak remélni tudom, hogy nem öregszik túl gyorsan.
