The VARUN X-PLORER RAPTOR/BEAST is all-terrain fat tire e-bike, making it suitable for off-road riding, not to mention handling urban road sections. This electric moped, equipped with a suspension fork and a hydraulic rear shock absorber, can tackle various off-road trails with ease.

Is this model CE certified?

Yes, it is CE certified. We can provide the CE certificate, and key electrical components like the battery bear clear CE marks. When derestricted, the speed can reach 45 km/h with a peak power of 1000W. However, it is factory-set to 25 km/h for normal riding. You may choose to derestrict it if riding on private roads or off-road areas.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

Who covers the shipping cost for returns?

For returns due to product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days.
