Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

Who covers the shipping cost for returns?

For returns due to product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days. It's a great bike. I charged it for about six hours and saw the battery was already full. Then I had my eldest son take it for a ride. He said it's very comfortable, especially since the seat is highly adjustable. The only thing missing was a basket, so I plan to get a universal one to make it even more convenient.

The bike rides very smoothly. So far, no weird noises, all parts feel solid, and it handles gentle slopes without trouble. When carrying a passenger, the walk-assist mode makes going uphill easy.

Assembly was straightforward. The front wheel uses a quick-release mechanismsuper easy. Installing the other parts was also hassle-free.

I feel like VARUN really pays attention to user needs. Since I often come home late after work, the bikes lighting system is excellent. The taillight flashes when braking, which adds a nice layer of safety.

My bike has arrived, and it was really fast! I got a delivery call on the third day and had it installed today. It came mostly pre-assembledjust disassembled into major parts for shipping convenience.
