What is the difference between the S20-1 and the S20-2?

The S20-2 is an upgraded version of the S20-1, with three main improvements:
1.Suspension: The S20-1 comes with front suspension only, while the S20-2 adds rear suspension — giving it dual suspension.
2.Rear Rack: The S20-2 upgrades the standard rear rack of the S20-1 to a heavy‑duty rear rack, capable of carrying more weight.
3.Colors: The S20-2 is available in black, orange, and white. The S20-1 comes in black and gray.

Is a special license required to ride an E-Bike?

Varun electric bike E-bikes are designed in compliance with EU regulations, so riders do not need a special license to ride our bikes.

Does the S20-2 support derestricting?

Yes, the S20-2 fat-tire series support derestricting. After derestriction, the maximum speed does not exceed 40 km/h. Please note, ride in accordance with local regulations.

Why do I see Varun e-bikes on some social media platforms with motor power exceeding 250W and speeds over 25km/h?

Varun e-bikes are available in European and US specifications. For the European market, the motor power is limited to 250W and the top speed is restricted to 25km/h via the controller before leaving the factory. This ensures compliance with European public road regulations. If you have specific needs, such as riding on private property or off-road in permitted areas, please contact our support team to unlock the default settings.

Does it come with a throttle?

Due to varying regulations on e-bike throttles across European countries, we have not included a throttle with the bike this year. However, it can be purchased separately. [throttle]

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For our e-bike products:
EU: Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days, with a transit time of 3-10 days.
UK: Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days, with a transit time of 3-7 days.
The tracking number will be sent to you 1-2 days after your order is dispatched. Please note that orders are processed in the sequence they are placed.
