Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

Who covers the shipping cost for returns?

For returns due to product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days. Please allow up to 15 days for international shipping due to potential customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within this period, please contact us promptly. The aura that this bicycle is giving me is insane 😍. I'll recommend very and over again, the assembling was sk straightforward using the official video on the website and if was fun doing it 😀. Cheaper for it quality if you ask me, I call it Power Bicycle.

It was a huge surprise for me. The bike has a large frame and feels quite heavy, but that also makes it incredibly stable. I’m passionate about cycling, and the M26-2 plus perfectly matches my style, especially when climbing slopes or tackling trails. With 80Nm of torque, it handles most inclines with ease. The tires are large and feature antislip treads, they feel really sturdy to the touch and are said to be puncture resistant. That's great ! Based on my riding so far, they truly are robust. Its suspension system also performs well. When I ride off-road, I turn on the shock absorption, and the damping effect is impressive.

Pretty good value for the price. The M26-2 PLUS looks like an e-bike that should cost over 1,000. Id recommend it to cycling enthusiasts around me.
