M26-1. Great ebike

I've got a bad back that keeps me from pedaling a bike. This ebike has the best of both worlds. I can ride a bike again & don't have to pedal. Easy assembly. high quality parts, a long lasting battery & so easy to ride. This seemed to be the best budget priced bike out of all that I looked at. Very happy with this ebike & would recommend it to anyone interested in an ebike.

I ordered the bike in blue without the app facility. It turned out to be out of stock so the company upgraded it to the bike with the app at no extra charge. Performance is great with an average of 55km per charge. We lost the charger during our house move and the company offered to replace it at cost price. Customer service is quick and very satisfactory. I would highly recommend the bike and the company.

Ich bin stolzer Besitzer von drei VARUN M27-1 E-Bikes und habe mit diesen bereits über 7000 km zurückgelegt. Dieses Produkt ist für mich ein absolutes Top-Gerät und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen.

**Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit:**
Das VARUN M27-1 überzeugt mit herausragender Performance und Zuverlässigkeit. Egal, ob für den täglichen Gebrauch oder längere Touren, dieses E-Bike ist ein absoluter Allrounder.

**Kundenservice:**
Bei einem meiner Räder trat ein technischer Defekt am LCD-Display auf. Der Kundenservice reagierte prompt und fand eine schnelle Lösung, was meinen positiven Eindruck vom Hersteller nur noch weiter verstärkt hat.

**Verbesserungen und Anpassungen:**
Das einzige Upgrade, das ich vorgenommen habe, war der Austausch der Bremsen durch Magura MT5e – für diesen Umbau ist allerdings ein Schließer erforderlich. Mit diesen Anpassungen ist das Fahrerlebnis nun noch sicherer und komfortabler.

**Fazit:**
Das VARUN M27-1 ist ein hervorragendes E-Bike, das ich ohne zu zögern wieder kaufen würde. Es bietet ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, zuverlässige Qualität und exzellenten Kundenservice. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem hochwertigen und leistungsstarken E-Bike ist.
