

Return & Refund Policy
For non-quality issues: customers can request a replacement or return within 15 days of receiving the product. For return, a 5% transaction processing fee will be charged. This does not belong to Varun, it was retained by the payment platform as their fee.
For product defects and shipping damages: Varun will do our best to service you and provide tech support to fix simple issues. Varun will also provide replacement parts necessary and cover the repair fee associated with the damages.
To begin a return or exchange process, the following must apply:
(1) All returns and refunds must be within 15 days of receiving the e-bikes.
(2) The total mileage of all e-bikes must not exceed 10 miles
(3) All costs incurred during the return process, including processing fees and shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
(4) E-bikes must not have any wear, dirt, scratches, or any signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition as you received them.
(5) All returns require the original packaging supplies and shipping box, and must include all items in the box (battery, charger, keys, hardware, etc.). If the packaging or shipping box is destroyed or disposed of, the customer forfeits their ability to return item for defects or any other reason.
Return & Refund Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@varunebike.com first.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send back your package. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after the returned package is received and inspected.
If you can exchange your bike for a new one after negotiating with our customer support, please still return your bike first, and we will send you a new one after we receive it.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Varun is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves, nor the missing of the returned package. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation!
PLEASE NOTE: Varun is not responsible for return shipping costs. Besides, Varun is not responsible for any damage, loss or other incident in transit to the shipment returned by the customer. Thus, It is highly recommended to add additional shipping insurance for the returned parcels. For the customer's safety, we recommend waiting for our arranged logistics pickup to minimize any risks.
Order Cancellation & Change
You may cancel your order by contacting support@varunebike.com during our business hours on the same day your order was placed.

Orders can be canceled if requested before shipment.
Cancellations are only valid upon receiving confirmation email from our support team.
(2)Processing Details:
A 5% transaction fee (charged by the payment platform) will apply to all canceled orders.
For orders that have already been shipped, an additional fee of €180 (covering shipping and restocking costs) will apply for order cancellations or changes.
For in-stock e-bikes, processing typically takes 1-2 business days.
Delivery usually occurs within 3-8 business days after processing.
In rare cases, slight shipping delays may occur. If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days, please contact us at support@varunebike.com.
Model Exchanges/Order Modifications
Model Exchanges are only available for e-bikes. If you wish to exchange for another model, customers may place a new order for the desired model and return the products from the original order by contacting our customer service in advance. All exchange requests must follow our return policy and receive pre-approval notification from our customer service team in an email. Free shipping does not apply to the exchanged bike.
Fee
The purchase price of any e-bike includes the cost of one shipment. If the e-bike has already been shipped and the customer decides to cancel or return, €180 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover that cost. If the e-bike has already been shipped and the customer decides to exchange, a €180 shipping fee will be required to cover the cost of the second shipment. This is in addition to any fees or costs related to return shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: The customer may be charged up to a 20% restocking fee for inspection, repackaging, repairs, and refurbishing. This will be waived if the product is unused.
Shipping Damage Returns
Customers may reject packages due to severe shipping damage (functionality that affects use such that the main structure of the product is significantly deformed). Please contact us at support@varunebike.com with photos or videos of proof to resolve missing and severely damaged parts or other quality-related issues. Our customer service team will help arrange a replacement.
The following conditions will be considered minor and will not apply to the free exchange or refund policy.
- Minor damage to the outer packaging.
- Slight scratches or paint loss on the product.
- Malleable parts bent due to shipping.
- Replaceable bike parts on the handlebar.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept any shipping damage returns after 5 days of receiving the product and all shipping damage claims will be denied.

Scope of Application
This return policy only applies to the products sold on the Varun official website (varunebike.com). Other ways to buy Varun electric bikes (Amazon, offline dealers, etc) are subject to the corresponding warranty policies.
