

Warranty Policy
We provide a 2-year warranty for each Varun e-bike, excluding all wear and tear items as well as free accessories . The warranty begins from the day of receiving the bike.
PLEASE NOTE: This Limited Warranty only applies to the products sold on the Varun official website (varunebike.com). Other ways to buy Varun electric bikes (Amazon, offline dealers, etc) are subject to the corresponding warranty policies.
Warranty Period and Target Audience Teams
The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only.
As for warranty transfer, the e-bike subsequent owner can only benefit from the warranty when both of these conditions are met:
- The package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it;
- The new owner has the initial purchaser’s name and the original order number.
Warranty Coverage
FRAME
(1)Varun electric bicycle frames are covered by a 2-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
(2) Scope of Warranty
This warranty applies only to the frame itself and does not include:
- Labor costs for transferring components to the replacement frame.
- Any non-frame parts.
PLEASE NOTE: All warranty claims must be assessed by authorized Varun service representatives to determine eligibility.
(3) Replacement Terms
- Varun reserves the right to provide replacement frames with minor cosmetic imperfections from existing inventory.
- If the original frame model/color is unavailable, Varun may substitute it with a compatible frame of equal or greater value.
(4) Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Corrosion.
- Cosmetic wear.
- Accidents or misuse.
- Unauthorized modifications.
BATTERY
(1) Varun batteries are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Defective batteries will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period. All battery assessments must be performed directly by Varun.
(2) Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidents, misuse, or improper use.
- Improper storage, exposure to liquids, chemicals, or extreme conditions.
- Negligence or excessive physical/electrical stress.
- Cosmetic damage unless caused by Varun.
- Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers/barcodes.
- Improper assembly, maintenance, or repairs not following official instructions.
- External damage from collisions, natural disasters, power surges, or theft.
(3) Additional Battery Exclusions
- Use of incompatible or incorrect chargers
- Improper charging practices
- Evidence of tampering or physical damage
COMPONENTS (Motor, Controller, Charger, Throttle, Pedal Assist Sensor, Display Panel)
(1) Motors, controllers, chargers, throttles, pedal assist sensors and display panels are warranted for 1 year.
(2) The following conditions do NOT qualify for warranty:
- Failure caused by the user’s failure to use, maintain and adjust according to the “Ride’s Guide”.
- Users disassemble, repair and modify themselves, and failures caused by non-compliance with the rules of use.
- Failure caused by improper use or storage by the user, or accident.
- The cost of going to other repair shops for repairs without consent.
- Slight scratches or damage to the outer package box caused by the logistics transportation of the accessories are not warranted.
- Consumable parts are not warranted, including tires, saddles, plastic parts, brakes, brakes rotors, brake pads, brake lines, surface scratches, etc. These parts require regular maintenance. Replacement parts are available for purchase at varunebike.com.
- The accessories purchased separately are not warranted, except for DOA.
- Electronic damage caused by water ingress into the bike.
How to Apply for Warranty
Step 1: Take a picture/short video of your question.
Step 2: Send a short description of the problem, pictures or videos of issue, order number, platform of purchase to support@varunebike.com.
Step 3: We'll diagnose your problem and if it's clear what's wrong, we'll provide a solution.
Step 4: When it comes to issues that can’t be diagnosed in the first place, we will send you the troubleshooting files, it will need you to detect according to our detection method and provide us with the corresponding videos or pictures, and we will give a solution after receiving the videos or pictures.
Step 5: We will verify your order information and delivery address, and reissue the corresponding accessories to you.
