I was very impressed with the speed of delivery the bike was delivered on the morning of the date that was specified. The bike itself was very easy to assemble after watching a short video i felt confident enough to start to assemble it . The information booklet that comes with it is good too. The communication from the sales team at head office has been first class keeping me updated on delivery info. I'm so looking forward to using it for comute to work. So far I'm very happy and impressed with the product the service and the value for money.
