Is VARUN ebikes legal in UK and EU countries?

Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

Who covers the shipping cost for returns?

For returns due to product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days. Please allow up to 15 days for international shipping due to potential customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within this period, please contact us promptly. For parts and component replacements, please allow 30 days for production followed by 10 days for delivery.

Meglepődtem, milyen jól becsomagolták, amikor megérkezett. A kerékpár minősége kiváló. Sajnos még nem tudtam kipróbálni, mert túl elfoglalt vagyok a felszereléshez. Köszönöm az útmutató videót. Hétvégén fogom összeszerelni, azt hiszem, 1 óra elég lesz?

Das Fahrrad ist leichter als erwartet und lässt sich recht einfach Stufen hochtragen. Man kann es sogar für Abkürzungen einfach tragen, haha! Ein guter Preis, dazu drei Unterstützungsstufen und eine 21-Gang-Schaltung. Passt schon.

Három hónapot vártam, hogy ez a bicikli végre újra elérhető legyen. Mivel 150 centiméter vagyok...5" , Mindig is egy könnyű és könnyen vezethető elektromos biciklit szerettem volna, ez a tökéletes. Könnyen összeszerelhető, és az elektromos bicikli kategóriában a könnyebb modellek közé tartozik. Még a pedálozás is könnyedén megy motoros rásegítés nélkül.

Nagyon tetszik ez az ebike.A pedálrásegítésnek 3 beállítása van. A legmagasabb rendesen könnyed! Hátul egy 21 sebességes váltó is van. Persze pedálozni kell a váltáshoz, de simán és egyáltalán nem nehézkes.

Elégedett szolgáltatás

Napi ingázóként teljesen megfelel a feladatnak. Az akkumulátor hatótávolsága praktikus, a sebességváltás pontos, a tárcsafékek pedig gyorsan reagálnak. A kerékpár viszonylag könnyű, így könnyen fel-le szállítható a lépcsőn. Amikor megérkezett, a hátsó váltó enyhén súrlódott, de az ügyfélszolgálat körülbelül 5 perc alatt videóhíváson keresztül segített a javításban. Nagyon gyors kiszolgálás.

A Shimano 21 sebességes váltója dupla tárcsafékekkel kombinálva nagyon olcsó ebben az árkategóriában, bár szerintem a 21 sebesség valószínűleg több, mint amire a mindennapi használathoz szükség van. A motoros rásegítés természetesnek érződik és megfelel az EU-s szabványoknak; a 25 km/h-s sebességkorlátozás pont megfelelő a városi használatra. Az első felfüggesztés jól kezeli az egyenetlenségeket, bár a bringa kicsit kicsinek tűnik. C valószínűleg jobban megfelel átlagos testalkatú embereknek. Valakinek, aki az én méretem, időre lesz szüksége az alkalmazkodáshoz.
