Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

Who covers the shipping cost for returns?

For returns due to product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days. Please allow up to 15 days for international shipping due to potential customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within this period, please contact us promptly. For parts and component replacements, please allow 30 days for production followed by 10 days for delivery.

Calitatea pare chiar mai bună în realitate decât pare în poze. Asamblarea bicicletei electrice nu a fost nicio problemă — instrucțiunile și tutorialele video sunt foarte clare. Totul a funcționat perfect după încărcare și la prima plimbare de probă. Calitatea construcției și măiestria sunt impresionante. Bicicleta merge lin chiar și fără asistență electrică, spre deosebire de bicicleta mea electrică anterioară, care era foarte obositoare de condus odată ce se descărca bateria.

Am încercat mult timp să găsesc o bicicletă pliabilă care să nu mă dea peste cap. Mă uitam la câteva, dar în privința angrenajelor ieftine eram îngrijorat de calitate și dacă aș putea găsi pe cineva dacă ceva nu mergea bine. Un prieten mi-a dat bicicleta electrică VARUN și, uite, nu aș putea fi mai mulțumit de ea.
