Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

Who covers the shipping cost for returns?

For returns due to product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days. Please allow up to 15 days for international shipping due to potential customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within this period, please contact us promptly. Instalarea a fost foarte simplă. Mersul este destul de lin. La început, discul de frână față scotea ocazional un zgomot de frecare, dar apoi mi-am dat seama că l-am strâns prea mult. După reglare, nu mai este zgomot. Bicicleta merge repede și lin, iar frânele funcționează excelent. 👍

Goed hoor, mijn collega raadde me aan om 'm te kopen. Ik ga nu ook niet meer met de auto naar werk, gebruik eigenlijk altijd de e-bike. Als het weer een beetje meezit, is of e-bike gewoon een stuk praktischer.
